1.USB Connection

How to Connect
Step 1. Enable USB Debug on your Android device
Step 2. Ensure that you have checked MTP service on your Android device.



Step 3. Use a USB cable to connect your Android device to computer.MobileGo will automatically detect your Android device, and display it in the primary window.


Enable USB Debug

To let your Android device successfully detected by MobileGo, you should make sure you have enabled USB debug. Below is the step-by-step guide on how to enable USB debug.

For Android 2.0-2.3
On your Android device, tap Settings > Applications > Development > USB Debugging









For Android 3.0-4.1
On your Android device, tap Settings > Develop Options > USB Debugging







For Android 4.2 or newer
On your Android device, tap Settings > About Phone > Build number (tap 7 times) > Develop Options > USB Debugging









Fail to Connect? Follow These Tips
1. Check Android version of your Android device.
2. Click Retry to reconnect your Android device.
3. Plug out the USB cable and plug into the USB cable to reconnect.
4. Try another USB cable.
5. Try another USB port on your computer.
6. Close MobileGo software and restart it.
7. Install the driver for your Android device

2.WiFi Connection

How to Connect over WiFi
Step 1. Turn on WiFi network on your Android device
Note: Your Android device and computer should be in the same network.
Step 2. Download MobileGo APK file and install it on your Android device. Download MobileGo App>>
Step 3. Run MobileGo on your computer.
Step 4 Open MobileGo app on your Android device and tap . Tap OK to scan the QR code shown in the desktop MobileGo to get your Android device connected.
Step 5. Once connected, your Android device will be shown in the primary window.


Fail to connect over WiFi? Follow These Tips

1. Make sure your computer and Android device are in the same network.
2. Make sure MobileGo APK file has been installed on your Android device.
3. Open MobileGo APK file to Scan QR code in desktop MobileGo.
