How to enable/disable Group Messaging on iPhone

Group messaging on an iPhone is generally sent by iMessage if all recipients have enabled the iMessage. If not, the group conversation will be sent as MMS, even when the content is text only. It's very easy to enable or disable Group Messaging on iPhone.
