If you see the window below after you click "Start", turn to your device and press "Allow" on your homescreen until it disappears. Then click "Start" again to continue scanning your Android phone for lost data files.
Step 4 Preview and Recover Lost Photos on your Android internal memory
The results will be listed in categories on the left after scanning. You can go to "Photos", "Audios", "Videos" and other data files to preview the lost data files having been found.Selectively check the "Photos"files you want to get back and click on "Recover" option.Now you have extra the lost photos on your computer/PC successfully. Choose or create a file folder on your computer in order to save the recovered files.
Step 5 Back up and save the data on your Samsung phone
Back up your phone data as often as possible that prevent the data from being deleted permanently.
